We’re all familiar with the battlecry “There’s no inventory!” But actually, more than 2000 houses sold in the month of March in the greater Richmond area. They’re just grabbed up so fast it seems like they were never there! The trends of rising prices and fewer days on market continue. Most buyers keep plugging along until they’re the lucky ones who win the prize. Some drop out. Some opt for a different area or consider a fixer-upper.
