January is typically when we catch our breath, make business plans for the new year, and start meeting with buyers and sellers who are planning to enter the market in the spring. Not this year – we came out of the gate like we’d skipped right to April! Phones ringing, lots of listings, and multiple offers were the norm in January this year. Interest rates are at the lowest they’ve been in four years and people are looking to take advantage of them. It’s a very robust market – come on in!
