These stats are through the month of February, and what an entirely different world we live in now. February sales figures and prices were just as strong as they’ve been for many years leading up to this moment. But now we’re in the third week of March and everyone is being told to stay home. How this will affect the real estate market is, of course, the question on everyone’s minds. And the answer is we won’t know that for a while. What we’re seeing right this moment is that there is still quite a bit of activity. As mentioned above, there are lots of alternative ways to do much of what’s involved in house-hunting or selling. We’ll see what the impact is in about a month, when the March stats become available.
