The market is holding steady in terms of number of houses sold, days on market and median sales price. There is little difference between July’s numbers and our new ones for August, but both continue to show a stronger and more active market than last year at this time. Plenty of new houses are listed each week and there are a lot of buyers shopping for new homes. If the Spring fervor and the thought of bidding wars frays your nerves, this might be the perfect time for you to buy or sell.
