While fewer homes sold this September than in the prior two years, the market is still quite brisk. As the numbers show, prices continue to trend upwards and houses are spending fewer days on the market before pending. From an anecdotal perspective, Realtors experienced a bit of a slow-down that is now picking up again. Last year the market remained busy through November and into December, and we appear to be following that pace this year as well.
