In a year when nothing is typical or ordinary, the RVA real estate market is following suit. Houses selling in an average of 6 days in November in a pandemic?! What we do know is the market is very active and doesn’t show signs of slowing down. This means there’s no need to wait until the spring market if this is a convenient time for you to make a move—there are new homes on the market every week and plenty of buyers out there looking. Another thing I know is true—we’re all ready to start a new year!
