The shortage of inventory continues, as evidenced by month after month of less days on market and higher sales prices than last year. We typically see the market slow down in November as the holidays loom ahead of us, but this year the market kept buzzing along right through the month. Judging from the calls from buyers and sellers, we anticipate the same for December. No lull here!
