It’ll come as no surprise that the Spring market has continued to heat up in RVA. We’re experiencing a trend of more buyers than sellers, leading to low inventory and an increase in prices and bidding wars. With all the great media coverage and Top 10 lists we’ve been on around the country, more people are moving here from outside of the area.
