Despite the fact that it’s full-on summer, we’re still seeing a lot of activity in the market. There continue to be slightly less sellers than buyers, but there seems to be something for everyone – eventually! Interest rates are the lowest they’ve been in decades so it’s a great time to make the jump from a renter to a first-time home buyer.
