The real estate market remained very busy through June. We’re still seeing lower inventory and many buyers making several offers before finally going under contract. Sellers are receiving multiple offers, usually for considerably over asking price and sometimes going as far as waiving inspections, etc, in an attempt to be the winning bid. It can be a bit frustrating if you’re a buyer but there are still new listings coming on the market each week, so don’t give up – yours will come!
