Stats. Rinse. Repeat. There’s not much new to say! Demand continues to bear down on us like a tidal wave, and supply remains meager. So far the minor increase in interest rates hasn’t thwarted the buyer crowds in the least. The exciting growth surge that Richmond is undergoing (6% last year compared to the usual 1-2%, according to one report) brings with it the downside of a housing shortage. History tells us that these periods of disequilibrium eventually work themselves out but, in the meantime, it’s a challenge! Give me a call if I can help in any way.
