As it usually does, January showed a bit of a lull – a few less houses sold and a few more days on the market. But as we’ve moved into February there’s already a buzz in the real estate air. This year seems to be unfolding as the last few have and we expect the market to continue to be strong. If you’re a buyer, be sure to strategize and have your ducks in a row so you’re ready to act quickly when the time comes.
