We finished the year with a strong and consistent market in the Richmond region, with barely a change from last month and only a small dip from December of last year. Given some of the strife in our country and globally these days, it bodes well that Richmond is following its usually steady-Eddie path. While home prices have increased over the last few years, we seem to be seeing a gentle leveling out versus a jagged correction. Good news all around! The spring market will be here before we know it so it’s time to begin giving it some thought if a move might be in store for you in 2019.
