We could speculate for days about why the real estate market is on fire in the Richmond area in the middle of a pandemic, but I don’t know that we’d find a sure answer or that it matters. The fact remains – it’s hot out there! Median home prices have also increased a colossal $32,000 in two years time. Richmond was having a moment before COVID-19 and it hasn’t slowed down at all.
