Here’s the headline: SUMMER IS THE NEW SPRING. I think it’s safe to say that back in March everyone feared a fast and furious plummet in the real estate market. It Never Happened. We were plenty busy in March and April, even continuing to see increases over last year’s performance. Not that some buyers and sellers didn’t put a hold on making a move for a minute – some certainly did. But those who did are now gaining confidence and are ready to move forward with their plans. So back to our headline, every expectation is that this year our spring market will hit in the summer, and probably fall, and possibly winter too.
