Over the last month or so, we’ve seen the market calm just slightly for the first time in more than two years. As I’ve mentioned a few times recently, a portion of buyers have pulled back and decided not to enter the bloodsport that real estate has lately become! 😂 But this is prime time for them to jump back in. Homes are sitting longer than they have in ages (though still just a few weeks, it’s all relative), and we’re seeing price drops after a couple of weeks, too.
