In the day-to-day market it has felt like there’s been the slightest leveling out in sales, especially in terms of days on market. But looking at the numbers for July, we see they are still selling faster than last year and the year before, and prices are still trending upward. Of course, we’ve become so used to houses pending in three days that two or three weeks can feel like an eternity! With the low interest rates and the renewed energy we usually see in the fall, it will be interesting to see how we ride out the fourth quarter of the year.
