Taking a shabby, run down home and giving it new life is always a great feeling and this property, which sits right between Carytown and the Museum District, was no different.
One of my favorite parts of home renovation is giving each place its own individual style and feel. This particular house gets a lot of light, so we chose to accent the white walls and clean finishes with some darker features like the bathroom cabinetry and stairwell railings. And, if you look closely in the “After” photos, you’ll notice we mirrored the living room archway with a corresponding archway across the hall in the dining room. It’s playing up those small, unique features of a home that really makes each renovation feel special.
